British Champs 100 Brs Semi Final
Swam the 100Brs today. The heat swim was pretty much the perfect start to the week, 1.02.90, and there was plenty of room for improvement in the semis. In the semi final I swam a pb, 1.02.09, but again there is still a lot of things I know I can do better so fingers crossed …

British Championships/Trials
I am off to sheffield today, results can be found HERE and I will also be tweeting my results through the week. I am racing the 100 Brs Tuesday and hopefully Wednesday if I make the final, the 50 Brs Thursday and maybe Friday and finally the 200 Brs on Saturday.
